I designed and delivered a 0-1 scheduling product for shift-based teams in under a month, helping Zelt enter a new market and giving customers a reason to upgrade to Pro. A two-day prototype helped secure a three-year contract worth £40k before launch.
Zelt Mobile App

I led the redesign of Zelt’s mobile app, turning an outdated companion into a daily tool. I rebuilt the dashboard and core workflows, added dark mode and brought key web features to mobile – x2 monthly unique users and increasing retention by 20%.
Zelt ATS
2025 - 2026
I designed Zelt’s first ATS, taking it from a core beta presented within 2 weeks to a product available to all customers. It connected hiring and onboarding, allowing customers to manage recruitment within their Zelt Core subscription instead of paying for separate software.
